The standard, proven on the spot.

Quality control is the difference between “we cleaned it” and “here is the proof.” Moonfoos turns the standard into a checklist that runs itself: the worker ticks it off, the photo is time-stamped, and the client signs off — all from the phone, on site, while the work is fresh.

Quality control

Why clients trust the standard

One definition of done

Standardised room and site inspections give you one definition of done, applied the same way on every contract.

The proof is attached

Time-stamped photos and sign-off are filed against the visit, so a client audit is answered from the system, not the filing cabinet.

Issues are caught, not discovered

A problem found on the round is logged, assigned and closed — before the client notices it.

Checklists on the phone

Digital checklists

The app shows what has to be done and the crew ticks it off. Nothing is carried in somebody’s head, and nothing quietly gets missed.

Photos that count

Time-stamped photos are attached to the checklist item, so the record shows the state, not just a tick.

Client sign-off

The client (or your supervisor) signs off on the phone. The visit is closed with the standard met.

Inspections that agree

Standardised inspections

Room and site inspections run to the same template everywhere, so “done” means the same thing on every site.

Recurring checks

Hygiene rounds, safety walkthroughs and opening checks run on a schedule, with each item time-stamped as it is completed.

NFC-verified rounds

Common areas and rounds can be scanned or ticked at the point of work, with the clock attached — the round proves itself.

The evidence, filed automatically.

Inspections, photos and timings build the record as the shift runs. When the client asks for proof — or the brand audit comes — the answer is already in the system, dated and filed against the site it belongs to.

Per-site evidence

Every check is filed against the site and the visit, ready for the managing agent, the landlord or the auditor.

Trends you can act on

Recurring failures surface in the report, so you fix the process, not just the room.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Can I build my own checklists per site?

Yes. Checklists are built per site and per task type, so a hotel’s stayover list and an office’s evening round are different documents. Build one for a kind of site and reuse it on the next of the same kind, then change a single site’s copy without touching the others.

Do photos work offline?

A photo taken where there is no signal is held on the phone and uploaded when the connection returns, carrying the time it was taken rather than the time it arrived. The checklist can be completed offline too, so a basement plant room is not a gap in the record.

Who signs off — the client or my team?

Either. A supervisor can close the visit against the standard, or the checklist can require the client’s signature on the phone at the end of the round. Who signed and when is part of the visit, so a disputed round has an answer rather than a recollection.

How are failed checks handled?

A failed item is logged as an issue against the site and can be assigned and closed off, rather than left behind as a red tick. It stays visible on the site’s record until it is resolved, which is what makes a problem found on the round surface before the client finds it.
