By role

The round, the checklist, the clock.

The site supervisor runs the day from the site, not the office. Moonfoos puts the whole day on one phone: the round to run, the checklist to tick, the clock that records it. Assign the work, check it as it happens, and close the day with a record that wrote itself.

What the supervisor gets

The day, on one phone

The round, the checklist and the clock, together. The supervisor runs the site from the app, not from memory.

The standard, held

Checklists and inspections applied the same way every day, so “done” means the same thing.

The hours, honest

Clock-ins from the site, so the hours are the record, not the estimate.

The site, on one phone.

The supervisor opens the app and sees the day: the round to run, the tasks to assign, the checks to close. As the work happens, the record happens — the checklist ticks, the photo is time-stamped, the clock runs. By the end of the shift, the day is closed and the record is filed.

Assign on the spot

Move the work as the day changes, without redrawing the week.

Check as it happens

The standard is met on the spot, with the evidence attached.

Close with the record

The day ends with a filed record, not a mental list.

The team, kept

The team, in the loop

A shared feed and team chat keep the crews in contact across sites, which is most of what makes people stay.

The new starter, ready

Onboarding in the worker’s language, from day one.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Does the app work offline?

Buildings are not generous with signal — basements, stairwells and plant rooms are exactly where the work is. The app keeps working where the connection does not, and syncs what was recorded once it is back. The time-stamp comes from the moment the tap happened, not from the moment the phone found a network.

Can I assign tasks from the phone?

Yes — that is the point of it being on the phone rather than on a clipboard. The day is assigned from wherever the supervisor is standing, and the assignment reaches the person it belongs to with the site, the time and the task attached. Moving work around during a shift does not mean redrawing the week.

How do I close the day?

By confirming what happened: the round is scanned or ticked, the checks are signed off, the exceptions are either resolved or handed on with a name against them. Closing the day is a review of the record that already exists, not a report written from memory afterwards — and it is the same record the client and head office will read.
