By role

Your shift, in your pocket.

The worker app is the front door for the people doing the work. Your schedule, your hours and your leave, in your own pocket, in your own language. Clock in with a tap on the NFC tag, see your hours as they happen, and book leave without a form. The record you see is the record that pays you.

The workers

What the worker gets

The schedule, clear

Your shifts, your sites and your tasks for the week, clear at a glance, updated when the plan changes.

Learn more

The hours, live

You see your hours as they accrue, not a month later. The “is my pay right?” question mostly answers itself.

In your language

The schedule and the induction in your own language, so a new starter is not reading a rota they are still learning.

The shift, on your phone.

You open the app and see the day: the site, the tasks, the time. You tap the NFC tag to clock in, do the work, tick the checklist, and tap again to clock out. Your hours are recorded as you work, and the record you see is the one that feeds your pay.

Clock in with a tap

NFC at the site, or the app if there is no tag.

The checklist, on the phone

What has to be done, and the tick that says it is done.

Your hours, live

The hours by day and by shift type, the same record HR sees.

Leave, self-serve

Book leave in the app

Request it, see the status, and watch the rota adjust around it. No form, no waiting.

The rota, updated

When your leave is approved, the plan updates — you see the change before you start.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Do I need a smartphone?

Most cleaners already carry a phone that runs it, so the company is not issuing handsets. For the NFC clock-in the phone needs NFC; if it does not have it, the mobile clock-in records the same shift at the same site, so nobody is left out of the system because of the phone in their pocket.

What languages does the app support?

Translation is built in, and the languages a company needs are part of setting it up — the point is that a new starter reads the schedule, the checklist and the induction in their own language rather than one they are still learning. Tell us which languages your crews speak and we will confirm them before you go live.

Can I see my hours before the month ends?

Yes — your hours are visible as they accrue, by day and by shift type, rather than arriving on a payslip a month later. The hours you see are the hours that go to payroll, which is what turns “is my pay right?” from a phone call into a glance. If something looks wrong, it can be raised while the shift is still recent rather than reconstructed weeks afterwards.
