Platform

Payroll that already complies.

Payroll is where a cleaning company either runs smoothly or burns a week every month. Moonfoos turns the on-site hours into payslip input that already follows the collective agreement — day, evening, weekend and public-holiday rates land where they belong, automatically. No re-keying, no version of the spreadsheet, no “which number was it again.”

Payroll & timesheets

Why HR and payroll love it

The timesheet is the source

Payroll starts from the on-site clock-in, not a retyped timesheet. The hour that was worked is the hour that is paid.

Rates by shift type, automatic

Day, evening, weekend, public holiday — every rate is applied as the hour is recorded, so the payslip input is right the first time.

Compliance is configured once

Set the collective-agreement rates once and they are enforced on every timesheet. Change the agreement, update once, and the rest follows.

The chain, closed.

The clock-in becomes the timesheet. The timesheet is tagged by shift type as the hour happens. The tagged hours become payslip input that already matches the collective agreement. HR reviews a file that is already compliant, instead of building one from scratch.

Tagged by shift type

Every hour is classified — day, evening, weekend, holiday — at the moment it is recorded.

Payslip input, not payroll

Moonfoos produces the compliant input your payroll platform needs. It hands over clean data; it does not replace your payroll system.

The collective agreement, handled

Rates that land where they belong

Public-holiday work, weekend work and evening work each carry their rate. The system applies them — nobody has to remember the table.

One configuration, every site

Configure the agreement once and it applies across every site and every worker. New site, same rules.

Change the agreement, update once

When the collective agreement changes, you update the rates in one place and every future timesheet follows.

The worker sees their pay

Hours and pay, transparent

The worker sees the hours that feed their pay, the same ones HR sees. Transparency is what stops the “my payslip is wrong” email.

Their own view

Schedule, hours and leave in the cleaner’s pocket — the same record that runs payroll.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Does Moonfoos replace my payroll platform?

No. Moonfoos produces the compliant payslip input; your payroll platform still runs the payroll and pays the people. What changes is the state of the data that arrives there — tagged, rated and reconciled against the on-site record, instead of retyped.

Which collective agreements are supported?

The rates are configured per contract, so the agreement that applies to your company is set up as part of onboarding rather than picked from a fixed list. If your agreement has rules we have not met before, that is exactly the kind of thing to raise on the demo — it gets configured before you go live, not worked around afterwards.

How are public-holiday and weekend rates handled?

Each hour is classified as it is recorded — day, evening, weekend, public holiday — and the rate follows the classification. Because the classification happens at the clock-in and not at month-end, nobody has to remember the table, and a Sunday shift cannot be quietly filed as a weekday one.

Can HR edit a timesheet?

Yes, and the edit is recorded against the original rather than replacing it — the record keeps the change and who made it. The worker sees the corrected hours in their own app, so the correction is a conversation rather than a dispute, and a corrected timesheet produces corrected payslip input.

What does the payslip input look like?

It is a structured export of hours per worker per shift type, ready to import into your payroll platform instead of being retyped. The exact shape is agreed at onboarding, because it depends on the platform you run — see integrations.
