Platform
The schedule, in their pocket.
The worker portal is the front door for the people doing the work. The cleaner checks their schedule, clocks in and out, sees their hours and books leave — from their own phone, in their own language. You stop fielding calls about the schedule, and the worker stops trusting a paper slip.
Employee portal
Why workers adopt it
Their hours, live
The cleaner sees the hours as they accrue, not a month later. The “is my pay right?” question mostly answers itself.
In their language
Built-in translation means a new cleaner reads the schedule and the induction in their own language, not one they are still learning.
Their leave, self-serve
Book leave from the app; the rota updates around it. No form, no waiting, no “is it approved yet.”
What the worker sees
The schedule
Shifts, sites and task types for the week, clear at a glance, updated when the plan changes.
The hours
Hours by day and by shift type, the same record that feeds payroll.
Leave
Request, see the status, and watch the rota adjust.
The new starter, ready on day one.
Onboarding, contracts and the site induction live where the rota lives. Digital checklists carry the contract, the policies and the induction, and tick themselves off as each part is read — in the worker’s language. A new starter is not handed a folder and a shrug.
Induction in their language
The new cleaner reads the onboarding in their own language, from day one.
Contracts and policies, recorded
Issued and acknowledged through the system, not by hand.
The manager’s win
Fewer schedule calls
When the schedule is in the worker’s pocket, the “what am I doing Thursday?” call stops.
The record is honest
The hours the worker sees are the hours that feed payroll — transparency that stops the disputes.
FAQ
Questions we get asked
Do workers need a smartphone?
Most cleaners already carry a phone that runs it, so there is no handset to issue and nothing to hand back. For the NFC clock-in the phone needs NFC; where it does not have it, the mobile clock-in captures the same shift at the same site.
What languages are supported?
Translation is built in, and the set of languages a company needs is part of setting it up — the point is that a new cleaner reads the schedule and the induction in their own language rather than one they are still learning. Tell us the languages your crews actually speak and we will confirm them before you go live.
Can workers edit their hours?
A worker cannot rewrite an hour they did not work, and does not need to — they see every hour as it accrues and can raise a question about one they believe is wrong. A correction is made by a manager and logged against the original, and the worker sees the corrected figure. The transparency runs both ways.
How is leave approved?
A request goes from the app to whoever approves leave in your company, and the rota updates around it once it is approved. The worker sees the status — requested, approved or declined — which is what turns “is it approved yet?” from a phone call into a glance at the screen.
