By role

The margin, per contract.

General management runs the company on two questions: which contracts carry it, and where is the money leaking? Moonfoos answers both from the same record that runs the work — the cost of the hours, the price of the work, and the gap between them, per site and per contract, updated as the month runs.

What the GM sees

Margin per contract

Cost vs. billed, per site, month over month. The contract that is quietly losing money is visible.

Standards across the portfolio

Service standards, SOPs and site-opening checklists written once at head office and applied everywhere. What you agreed is what gets delivered.

The exception, surfaced

Missed clock-ins, failed checks and budget overages rise to the top, so the exception is handled, not discovered.

The P&L of the operation.

Because the hours, the rates and the invoices come from the same record, the margin per site is a report, not a reconstruction. You see which contracts carry the company, which are flat, and which are quietly giving money away — and the trend, not just the snapshot.

Cost vs. billed

What the site cost to run against what it billed, side by side.

The drift, caught early

Month over month, per site, so the slide is caught while it is still a slide.

Head office and the sites

One message, every manager

An announcement reaches every site manager at once. The weekly call gets shorter, because the update already went out.

Audits without the paperwork

Plan site audits, run them from a checklist on a phone, and keep the evidence filed against the site it belongs to.

Budgets and approvals, in-system

Budgets, forecasts and approvals run through the same system as the work itself, so a conversation about money starts from one set of numbers.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

How is margin calculated?

From the work as it was recorded: the hours that were actually clocked at the site, priced at the rates that apply to them, against what that site billed. Because all three come from the same record, the number is generated rather than assembled — and it moves as the month moves, instead of appearing after the fact.

Can I see data per contract and per site?

Both, and the same figures at each level: a contract is the sum of its sites, so the site that is dragging a healthy contract down is visible inside it rather than averaged away. Completion, hours, consumption and margin carry the same breakdown, so you are never comparing two reports that were built differently.

How does head office control standards?

The standard is written once, centrally — the service standard, the SOP, the site-opening checklist — and every site runs from that version rather than from a local copy that has drifted. Audits are planned and run from the same place, with the evidence filed against the site, so what head office agreed is checkable rather than assumed.
