By role
Every site. One board.
The operations manager runs the day across sites that are not in the same room. Moonfoos puts them in one: every job, every issue and every recurring task on one board — assigned, time-stamped and closed off, instead of scattered across a group chat. Delegate from the same screen you check progress on.

What the ops manager sees
The whole process, visible
See what is open, who is holding it and how far along it is. Delegate from the same screen you check progress on.
The exception, first
Missed clock-ins, failed checks, overdue jobs — the exceptions surface, so the day is run on what needs attention.
The standard, held
Checklists and SOPs applied the same way on every site, so “done” means the same thing everywhere.
The day, on one board.
The morning starts with the board: open jobs, staffing gaps, overdue checks, across every site. The ops manager delegates from that same screen, watches the exceptions clear, and closes the day with a record that wrote itself. No email chain, no version of the spreadsheet.
Delegate from the screen
See it, assign it, close it — in one motion.
Faults and repairs
A cleaner reports a broken fitting from the site. The right person is told, and the job closes with a record of what was actually done.
Recurring checklists
Shift openings, hygiene rounds and security walkthroughs run to a schedule, so the routine work stops depending on somebody remembering.
The numbers behind the day
The dashboard, for the manager
Task status by team, by site or across every contract, with the numbers behind it rather than a summary somebody typed up.
The budget, watched
Consumption against the threshold, per site, so the overage is a conversation, not a dispute.
FAQ
Questions we get asked
Can I see every site at once?
Yes — one board carries every site you are responsible for, and it can be read the way the question is actually asked: by team, by site, or across the whole contract. Sites you do not run stay out of it, so the board is the portfolio you own rather than the whole company.
How are exceptions flagged?
They are raised by the record rather than by a person noticing: a clock-in that did not happen, a check that failed, a job that passed its due time, consumption over the threshold. Each one arrives with the site, the shift and the person attached, so the exception can be handed to someone without a phone call to establish what it is.
Can I delegate from the mobile app?
Yes. The board, the exceptions and the delegation are the same on the phone as on a desk — the day is run from wherever the ops manager happens to be, and the assignment lands on the person who has to do it. The record of who was asked to do what, and when, is written as it happens.
