The rollout
The first 48 hours
The first shift, on the record. By the end of the second day, the first shift has been clocked in, checked and recorded. The record that runs payroll and invoicing starts on day one, not after a migration.
Hour 0 — the setup call
Your sites, your crew, your modules. Thirty minutes.
Hour 0–24 — the import
Sites, price lists and the first rota imported; NFC tags placed at the sites.
Hour 24–48 — the first shift
Workers in the app, the first clock-in, the first checklist. The record starts.
What you need
Less than you would expect. There is no migration project, no hardware to buy and no data to clean up first — the four things below are the whole list.
The sites
A list of sites and the price list per site.
The crew
The workers’ names and their sites; they get the app link.
The NFC tags
Placed at the sites; no other hardware.
After go-live
After 48 hours
Going live is the start of the relationship, not the end of the project. The first weeks are when the questions come, and they are answered by the people who did the setup rather than a queue.
The first month
A named contact, not a ticket queue. The questions from the first weeks are answered by the person who set you up.
The training
A short session for managers and a link for the workers, in their language.
