Pricing

Priced for the operation, not the seat.

You pay for the sites you run and the modules you switch on — not for a seat per person. The exact price depends on your sites, your crew and your contract, so the honest number is a quote. Here is how it is built.

The model

The price follows the contract.

A one-site office contract and a two-hundred-site portfolio are priced differently, because they are different operations. The quote is built from your sites, your crew and your modules — and it is the number you pay.

Per site

The base is the site you run.

Per module

Switch on what you use — scheduling, payroll, invoicing.

Per user, for the users outside your team

Customer-facing users beyond your own team are priced per user.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

How is a site counted?

The site is the unit — the building or the address your crews are scheduled to clean, not the number of people who walk into it. A building with twelve cleaners on it is one site; a contract with twelve buildings is twelve. Every module is priced from the same count, so the number does not change shape as you switch modules on.

What does a module cost?

Modules are priced individually, per site, and you only pay for the ones you switch on — an operation that runs scheduling, clock-in and payroll without client invoicing is not charged for invoicing. What each module costs depends on the price list for your contract; that is the figure the quote carries.

Are there setup fees?

There is no migration project to buy: onboarding is the import, the NFC tags and the first shift, and it runs inside the first two days. Whether any part of that is charged separately is a commercial question we answer in the quote rather than on a page, so nothing here depends on a fee we might not ask for.

What is the contract term?

The term is agreed with the quote, so it reflects the operation rather than a standard package — a single-site contract and a multi-year portfolio do not want the same commitment. Ask us for the terms in writing alongside the price and you will get both at once, with nothing in the small print that was not in the quote.

The exact number is a 30-minute conversation.

Tell us your sites and your modules; we’ll send the quote in writing.
